Ukrainian embroidery is a pearl of folk culture, a business card of Ukrainians and a real cultural code that preserves the traditions of our ancestors. Wonderful ornaments, simple cuts of shirts, a harmonious combination of colors… Vyshyvankas are the decoration of Ukrainian traditional clothing.

The publication contains schemes of models of women’s and men’s embroidery. Compositions are created on the basis of ancient collection samples, but taking into account modern embroidery trends. Polish, Boykiv, Galician, Bukovyna, Transcarpathian, Slobojan, Poltava, Podil ornaments.

The schemes were developed by the author based on the best collection samples from museum and private collections. The book contains everything you need to create and embroider beautiful Ukrainian clothes for adults and teenagers with your own hands: detailed pattern diagrams for various parts of shirts, instructions for using various surface seams, cut diagrams, etc.
