At Brave Hobby Shop, we strive to deliver our handcrafted products to customers worldwide with care and transparency. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kyiv, Ukraine (03164).

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For Custom Tailored Cotton Apparel, please allow an additional 7–10 business days for our artisans to prepare your items to your specific measurements.
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship internationally via Ukrposhta (the national postal service of Ukraine), which then hands over the parcel to your local national postal operator (e.g., USPS in the USA, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or seasonal delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a Tracking Number.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
You can track your package on the official Ukrposhta website or via global tracking services like 17track.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.
We offer Flat Rate Shipping for most international orders to keep costs predictable for our customers.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Brave Hobby Shop is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a product damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at bohonovskyi@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
