At Brave Hobby Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom Tailored Apparel: Custom-made Cotton Vyshyvankas, tailored to your specific measurements, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Assembled Models: Wooden mechanical models that have been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal’s policies.
4. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product (e.g., a broken wooden model or an aviation souvenir damaged during transit), please contact us immediately at bohonovskyi@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
